US business delegation visits the BENTELER Training and Education Center in Paderborn

Paderborn, April 18, 2018. On April 16-17, a US delegation has been visiting the BENTELER Training and Education Center in Paderborn to learn more about the German dual education system. It also addressed the question of how to successfully adapt this model to local requirements in North America. With its education and training concept, BENTELER ensures to develop the best talents and the most experienced experts u to remain successful in the long term.

The delegation from Indiana was comprised of business leaders, educators as well as government officials and elected legislators. In Paderborn, the group became familiar with the BENTELER Training and Education Center. In the course of the visit, delegation members got a first-hand view on the vocational training and engaged in a dialogue with their German colleagues.

Thomas Koch, Director of the BENTELER Training and Education Center in Paderborn, proudly ex-plains: “With its training and further education model, BENTELER sets standards in order to prepare young talents and specialists for the requirements of tomorrow.
